Privacy policy

1. General information

This privacy policy explains how we process and protect personal data that users provide when using the website hydroczyszczenie.pl. We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.

2. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is: Bartłomiej Krajek, sole trader operating as Hydroczyszczenie, ul. Santocka 39, 71-083 Szczecin, Poland.

For any data protection questions, contact us by email at info@hydroczyszczenie.pl or by phone at +48 91 831 60 03.

3. What data we collect and why

We process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form (name, phone number, email address, job location) in order to:

  • Prepare a free quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Contact you by phone or email to agree the details of the job.
  • Carry out our services (cleaning of roofs, facades, paving, solar panels and gutters, roof painting).
  • Handle invoicing and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • If you arrive from a Google ad and accept cookies, we send the ad click identifier (gclid) with the form to see which ad led to the enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent).

4. How long we keep data

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or carry out the service, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. accounting records for 5 years) or until you withdraw your consent.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Recipients can only be:

  • Service providers who support our business (e.g. accounting office, hosting provider).
  • Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) – only after your consent to ad measurement cookies (point 7).
  • Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. – only after your consent (point 9).
  • Public authorities entitled under the law.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access your data and receive a copy.
  • Rectify your data.
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict processing.
  • Object to processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where you live. Our lead authority is the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, Warsaw).

7. Cookies

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies until you agree to them in the banner.

  • Necessary: in your browser storage (localStorage) we only save your choice from the banner so we do not ask again.
  • Google Ads measurement (only after clicking “Accept”): we load the Google Ads tag provided by Google Ireland Limited. The tag sets cookies (e.g. _gcl_au, _gcl_aw, kept for up to 90 days) and lets us count whether a click on our ad led to a form submission or a click on the phone number. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google may also process data in the USA; Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Visitor statistics (Umami)

For visitor statistics we use Umami, open-source software running on our own server in Germany (hosting: netcup GmbH, data centre in Nuremberg). Umami does not set cookies or store IP addresses. The IP address is processed only briefly to determine the approximate country and count visits. We analyse aggregated data only: pages visited, referring website, device type and browser, and clicks on the phone number, email address, WhatsApp and form submissions. The data is not shared with third parties or transferred outside the European Economic Area. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

9. Microsoft Clarity

Only after your consent in the cookie banner do we use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland) to understand how visitors use the website. Clarity creates session recordings and heatmaps (mouse movements, clicks, scrolling) and sets cookies for this purpose (e.g. _clck, _clsk). Form field contents are always masked by Clarity and never transmitted. Data may be transferred to the USA; Microsoft participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time in the cookie settings.
